Terms & Conditions

We will require a non refundable deposit of £50 as part of the booking confirmation. The full amount will be required for items hired on the day. Any damage to hired items will incur a replacement cost and any damaged item(s) will remain the property of Deluxe Flower Walls.

For custom theme/design (hire) we require full payment in advance. Items that do not belong to Deluxe Flower Walls cannot be attached to any of our own hire products without prior permission.

Cancellation Policy

Once the deposit is made it is non refundable.

Change the Date

If the date of your event has changed we will try to accommodate, however, we can not guarantee that we will have availability for the new date and the deposit will still remain non refundable.

Health and Safety

As part of our conditions we ask that the flower drape is located on a flat surface, against an indoor wall.

Late Night Collection

If you require the items for hire to be collected after 10pm on the same day as set up, an extra charge of £40 is required. The latest collection time we offer on the same day as set up is midnight.

Please note our items are for hire only therefore products are not brand new when used for your event. Please do not hesitate to ask us any questions.
